Counselling sessions available Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday from 7am to 8pm.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Fee of $137 for each videocall or phone session.
15 minutes free introductory session also available.
No extra charge for sessions at weekend or outside of standard business hours.
Full refunds given up to 48 hours in advance.
Bookings are made through Halaxy Telehealth Calendar which is a highly secure platform. Sessions are delivered through Halaxy’s built-in video and phone consultation feature.
Frequently Asked Questions
Medicare rebates?
Counselling fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates however Clearing Clouds Counselling’s $137 fee is no more than the average fee for a general psychologist with the Medicare rebate applied. Gain the lived experience and empathy you need with Clearing Clouds Counselling.
Refunds?
Refunds are only available if you cancel the session more than 48 hours beforehand.
Booking requirements?
After you book in for your first appointment, your booking confirmation email will include a link to a client intake form which will ask your date of birth and street address for duty of care.
Australian based?
Yes, Clearing Clouds Counselling operates from Hornsby, NSW and only accepts clients who live in Australia.
